Little wait, hair always looks flawless afterwards

I absolutely love this salon! Everyone is so nice, so professional and so respectful. Even though, I'm older, the owner asked me if the type of music was offensive to me and offered to change the station. WHO DOES THAT? Also, the environment has so much young positive energy and is absolutely beautifully decorated. This young black queen is doing it!!!! Now, let get to my hair tho... All I can say is Charlotte finally has someone who knows how to do a silk press without frying your natural hair to death. I've had experiences here where my hair spelled like fried chicken for a week or two afterwards; but not this time AND the silk press lasted for 3 weeks. Of course I'm sure that will change during the summer months but I'll take it now. Yesterday I branched out and got micro-links installed and I'm so so pleased. Yae and her assistant Jessica colored the hair to match my natural hair color without me even asking. I had a Charlotte stylist to place a brown closure on my black hair even when I asked before hand about coloring the closure first; so imagine my how worried I was that it was going to happen again. I'm still wearing the micro links, so I'll give a followup review after a month or so. I'm so glad this place exist and I will be going back and referring new clients because I get compliments on my hair all the time both natural and extensions.

I'm so excited about going back. Hannah took me as a walk-in and was sweet. She did a wonderful job and I am going back with my bestie!!!

Cute, quaint and chic hair boutique. Specializing in extentions and an unique Silk Press which was my serviceof the day. I have natural 22" long 3C/4A hair. I am throughly impressed with the amount of shine and the smoothnessof the cuticle. Most of the women that came in had mid-back length hair and were getting sew-ins. I was shocked to see so many women getting protective styles and really seeing their natural hair maintained, long and healthy.They all looked phenomenal! The structure is your typical salon with about 8 stations, 2 blow-dry chairs and 2 wash stations with 4 dryers and 4 steamers. Yep you read that correctly. I was shocked. The owner has her own line of hair care products for in house use but I'm sure if you had a product you loved you could bring it. Speaking of products the she carries in house bundles, styling tools, and styling products for purchase. Go black girl magic. There are a variety of payment options and they're open Sundays!!!! I know crazy right! I wish I got my stylist name. She was sweet and efficient. The only down side was the wait. I had a 1pm appointment which I showed up for at 12:45 but was not seated till 2:15. I was a new client so that was concerning but I waited and was pleasantly surprised.
